in the year 1981, when the creative seventies were over the second child and first boy of the jacobs family was born. mr. and mrs. jacobs had secretly wished for a boy and their daughter had wished for a little sister, and she was very disappointed when conner showed up. the two children grew up in the city of austin, texas. conner was a wild one from the very start, and his older sister soon discovered what it was like to have a little brother that rarely never listened. when he was five years old, the summer before he was going to start kindergarten, his mom and dad got into a huge fight. back then conner could not understand what the whole thing was about. what he heard constantly growing up was that it was not his fault. but after a few days of heavy fighting, his dad just packed up his things and left one evening. as a five year old conner thought he would be back, like when he went to work and then come back later. but this time he did not come back, at all. he kept asking his mom but she would just tell him that daddy had left and he was not coming back. his sister would push him away whenever he asked, more understanding of what was going on at the time. later he found out that his dad had cheated, many times with many different women and that his mother at last had had enough.

starting kindergarten after that was not a very easy thing for conner. his teacher told his mom that he refused to do what he was told, always teased the other kids and would say rude things to them and even the teachers at times. conner had always been a little troublemaker, but never like this. the teacher suggested talking to a therapist, and at first he was actually diagnosed with ADD. but his mother would not believe it, he went through kindergarten and first grade with teachers and most others thinking he had ADD and they treated him like someone who suffered from it as well. but when he started second grade his mom had enough and he took him to a doctor who did all kind of tests and finally they were told he was just a kid who got misunderstood. they changed a few things after that, even his new second grade teacher treated him differently and he slowly calmed down. with his dad leaving, that was his way of reacting on that.

the rest of his school years went by quickly, he was never one that did excellent on tests, sometimes he even got a F, but he tried to do the best he could and get pretty okay grades at least. when high school rolled on, he quickly became one of the popular kids. new school and new people kinda made him change from fairly unsocial to the very opposite. he wanted to be the center of attention and he soon had more friends than most people in school could imagine. he started to mess around with girls early on, not really thinking much about the same sex. it wasn't until his last year when he fooled around with a guy at a party, very drunk of course, but after that he discovered who he was more. at first he thought he was bisexual, but that quickly changed when he started to focus more and more of his attention on other boys and not the girls. by the time he graduated high school he knew he was homosexual, and nothing else.

after graduating from high school he decided to not go to college. he had other things on his mind, the army. he had always looked up to people that served their country and his grandfather had worked in the military since forever. his mom was not happy with his decision though and she begged him to change his mind, at last he gave in and decided to first go to not a college, but a police academy in a city close by. his mom was not trilled by this either, but at least it was saver than the army. he went there for four year. after he graduated he worked as a cop for about a year and half until his desire to join the army took over and he signed up. he trained for going to iraq for about a year, and not until he was sent off.

the four years he spent down there he will never forget. he had came home for short periods now and then of course, but it was four very hard years. he got many friends and he saw a lot of horrible things, but he enjoyed a lot of it too. until one day when he was shot in his stomach two times, he survived, but it was barely and they sent him home to rest in the states. back home his family talked him out of returning, so he decided to go back to his normal life, back to being a cop. at first it felt very weird and not real, he was so used with iraq. but it did not take long before people started noticing small things about how he was acting. nervousness in big crowds and he had horrible nightmares and often panic attacks for no reason. he went to see a therapist and was diagnosed with post dramatic stress disorder. today he's better, but he's still fighting with it. he went back to his old job as a cop, but he's struggling there too.

  • can play the guitar and he tries to sing, but it does not always sound that good.
  • his favorite sport is football, be enjoys watching basketball and hockey too.
  • his most favorite thing in the world to eat and drink, would be beer and chips. he can never get enough of either.
  • goes to the gym twice a week, or that's what he tries to do since some days he turn around when he reach the door and see too many people in there.
  • talks to a therapist once a week, sometimes he does not like to admit or talk about.
  • he hasn't had many relationships, at least not long term ones or too serious ones, his work and the army took up way too much time. but now he's ready for one.
  • likes to go out, but he's not the one that likes to dance. he do it if he must. and he does it usually when he had a few drinks, drinking also helps with his stress and panic disorder.
